Jack's Certificate of Life
This beautiful certificate we got from the Hospital for Sick Children after Jack's passing. Both Karen and I cannot say enough good things about them, if anyone ever wants to donate money in Jack's name please donate it to them.

I believe that Jack gave his life to let others be healed. I will honor Jack and remember to think of him on Feb. 21st of every year for the rest of my life.
I know it may not help much but I wanted to send this poem that I wrote:
I thought I saw him today
Laughing with all his happiness
I thought I heard him today
But it was only the wind
I asked God if I could have him back
I don’t think He heard me
I asked God to give him back
He asked me why
Because I love him and he didn’t deserve to die
Because I need him for the rest of my life
God held my hand and wiped a tear from my eye as one fell from His and He said
I Need Him Too
I will keep you in my prayers & thoughts,
