This beautiful certificate we got from the Hospital for Sick Children after Jack's passing. Both Karen and I cannot say enough good things about them, if anyone ever wants to donate money in Jack's name please donate it to them.

A Celebration of Jack's life

This is for everyone that are not near us and can't get our local paper. I wrote this and it appeared in the paper today(Tuesday Febuary 28th/2006).
I think it says everything that needed to be said and it thanks all of the people that touched Jack's life(All 9 months and 1 and a half days).
